Does anyone remember how to make tissue paper or crepe trees?
I have a paper anniversary Dora and I giant paper flowers. Now I want remember how to do tissue or crepe paper trees. Ideas? It seems that using fabric rolls and crepe paper.
Take 12 large sheets of tissue paper and bend forward and backward like a fan. Put a piece of wire in the center block. The cut end of the round or pointed. The separated layer of tissue paper flowers in shape. Martha Stewart Michaels craft store kit very easy. Good Luck
