Are there places to pay for recycled plastic bottles in Philadelphia?
I live in Philadelphia and told my cousin and his brother who could win money if they recycle plastic bottles. Now I have to pay more than 100 empty water bottles, soft drinks, etc. Can someone please tell me if there are places to deposit money or anywhere to take this weight off for free?
