Set Paint
How dull black painted mahogany battery?
I wanted to paint my custom battery plate Rydeen black. However imkind fear because they are covered deposit in a sort of black plastic containers. Im not sure if I should remove the paint and mahogany wood or plastic and leave the paint to the top that. if someone could tell me that would be better and how to get to painting it would be great. Thanks a ton
In my humble opinion I like painting is of mahogany, As always if you really want it to be flat Black … It takes some fine grit sandpaper (180 grit) and some good Quilty Black Floor Paint (if you know someone who works in painting and bodywork, you may be able to talk to them in a shootout The Pieces For You), be sure to remove or cover with tape any peices You do not want to paint. Sand, clean, tape (or remove), paint, let dry, add second / third layers paint, remove red (top) … Enjoy your "new" Drum Set. Good Luck Good Luck
