55 because of this, sometimes it is extremely personal, not easily understood, it's something that looks the reader and stares them directly in the face and is not a means of escape in that sense. unlike the novel, which has to invent characters and fake emotions for the sake of giving these characters ' a life ', poetry is directly about the writer, whether it's written as a cliche or is inventing a new form of language. that's why i don't read novels - only poetry, bios, or biology for me if you agree go to No. 1, if not go to No. 54

59 beauty will be convulsive or not at all - beauty to me is something that affects rather than having a stereotypical idea of an aesthetic. quite often the shocking is just as beautiful to me as a boring old vase full of flowers. beauty truly has to move and often this is done even if i have to be disgusted at the same time. a vase of flowers is a boring beauty, a complacent beauty, it's not really making you think - or appreciate. if you agree go to No. 66, if you don't go to No. 62
